Question – Sir what is Vastu Shastra and what is its base?

Answer – Vastu shastra, is a science of harmonizing the balancing the Sun,Energy, Earth Magnetic Power, Air Energy and Ones energy with Panch Mahabuth.
You can find these sutras in shastras viz-Mayamattam, Samrangansutradhaar, Matsya Puran and Sthapatya Veda. Maharishi Valmiki acknowledge its significance in Balmiki Ramayan and Goswami Tulsidass ji acknowledged in SriRamcharitamanas.. Our forefather was completely aware of it and practice in daily routine life as a result they lead a Joyful life without much tensions and generally not suffered with the diseases like Migraine, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiac arrest Problems etc.

Question – Sir why does Vastu is so significant today? I never happen to listen just two decades back about this science!

Answer – This question is the largest asked one. I strongly believe that this science was purely available and older generations applied it in their various building constructions. With the time the land space become lesser and lesser basically it reduced from yards to inches. The big houses converted into smaller houses, floors or flats with no space for ‘Bhram-sthan’. The open Brhamsthan – Aangan or center of property received powerful Sun & Moon light, Air, and Rain Water which control the negative energy of the property comfortably. This conversion put a deep dent on the Vastu of respective property and subsequently to the residents. As a result, the situation re-awakens human being towards Vastu. This is the reason you start finding Vastu friendly thoughts around you.

Question – Guruji To what extent does Vastu science help and save us from the ill effects in life ?

Answer – Every human being take birth on the planet ‘Earth’ with three basic lucks i.e. Heaven Luck, Man Luck and Earth Luck. Earth luck is formally known as Vastu Luck. All three lucks play equal role in the destiny of a person. A Vastu compliance property will definitely going to correct one third part of the destiny. This will give a positive effect on the life. Vastu is the only luck which can be corrected 100% physically which is visible and measurable in this physical world.

Question – I have heard that Vastu Consultants have no options but to demolish the negative parts of the property? What is the truth!!

Answer – I believe in Construction and not in demolition.

A perfect and Intelligent Vastu Consultant will never advice any demolition in your constructed building. He will always try to balance the Panch Mahabuth along with Sun, Earth and Air energy in favor of the residents of the building. Today, Negative energy is always controlled by promoting Positive energy. Solutions for Vastu Problems can be created in order to improve positive energy. If any body suggest for demolition means he is not aware of the fact of Vastu Science completely.

Question – What is the best way to get all around benefits from the entire expertise link with Vastu?

Answer – People are highly aware in all respect. An intelligent person constructs his house as per Vastu Principles. Geo-Pathic stress is first major point of concern. No other activity should be done before the treatment of Geo Pathic stress lines and points. It is very harmful for the property and person as well. Elemental balancing is other most important factor. You cannot think of positivity in a property where elements are not balanced mutually. further promote positive vibes by decorating it with Feng-Shui. Question – Sir, how do you proceed and carry out the Vastu survey of any property?

Answer – My clients contact me over phone and give the details of property. We fix up meeting preferably on zoom. In person meeting option is also available. Where I understand the property and problem. We complete the meeting with the discussion of terms and situations. After this my team visit the property to take the actual size of construction and placement of different households to make the Vastu compliance map. Another meeting after map making. Finally my personal visit to the site to install the remedies related to Geo Pathy, Negative zones treatment, Devta energy promotion etc.. after this next step of Elemental Balancing and Removing Negativity -Promoting Positivity starts from outside the property and proceeds inside the premises and top of roof. After having completion of observations, the entire property is divided into negative, positive or neutral zones. Afterwards point wise simple Remedies, Solutions, Promotions is given to you. these all installations and corrections are carried out in my presence.
