Case Study with Ashish Gupta – Dispute with neighbour sorted out with Astro Vastu Solution
I came across an interesting case during mid, April 2024. A well behaved and civilized person connected with me thru social media saying that his Neighbor has make his life hell. Not only he, himself but the life of his family members is also suffering badly due to the negative approach of his neighbor, who’s flat is just at the lower floor of his flat, and this man stays at first floor.
In order to show respect to these persons I will not share their names, instead will call Mr. A for the sufferer (Client) who stays at First floor and Mr. N for the other person (who was creating troubles to my client), who owns the ground floor.
The story – Mr. A extended his balconies with a part-prior permission of Mr. N.
Once two-third work is completed, Mr. N started showing his colors and lodge a police complaint against Mr A. By the virtue of his very high positing in Judiciary, officials taken care his point on priority and every now and then officials of Local Thana, Municipal Corpn and bla, bla started knocking the doors of Mr A.
The situation was so worse that at least 3 to 4 police men started coming every day, which make the life of Mr A hell. He lost his focus from the business which also churn out negative.
Astrology Solution
At a glance I suggested him to drop few drops of Itra in the North zone of the house. This is an astrological solution, which worked well and for next one week the frequency of police interference has dropped to 20%.

अप्रैल 2024 के मध्य में मुझे एक दिलचस्प मामला देखने को मिला। एक सभ्य और व्यवहार कुशल व्यक्ति सोशल मीडिया के ज़रिए मुझसे जुड़ा और उसने बताया कि उसके पड़ोसी ने उसकी ज़िंदगी नरक बना दी है। न केवल वह खुद बल्कि उसके परिवार के सदस्यों का जीवन भी उसके पड़ोसी के नकारात्मक रवैये के कारण बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हो रहा है, जिसका फ़्लैट उसके फ़्लैट के निचले तल पर है और यह व्यक्ति पहली मंज़िल पर रहता है।
इन लोगों के प्रति सम्मान दिखाने के लिए मैं उनके नाम नहीं बताऊँगा, बल्कि पीड़ित (क्लाइंट) के लिए श्री ए कहूँगा जो पहली मंज़िल पर रहता है और दूसरे व्यक्ति (जो मेरे क्लाइंट को परेशान कर रहा था) के लिए श्री एन कहूँगा जो ग्राउंड फ़्लोर का मालिक है।
कहानी – श्री ए ने श्री एन की आंशिक पूर्व अनुमति से अपनी बालकनियाँ बढ़ाईं।
दो तिहाई काम पूरा होने के बाद, श्री एन ने अपना रंग दिखाना शुरू कर दिया और श्री ए के खिलाफ पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। न्यायपालिका में उनकी बहुत उच्च स्थिति के कारण, अधिकारियों ने उनकी बात को प्राथमिकता पर लिया और स्थानीय थाने, नगर निगम और अन्य अधिकारियों ने श्री ए के दरवाजे खटखटाने शुरू कर दिए।
स्थिति इतनी खराब हो गई कि हर दिन कम से कम 3 से 4 पुलिस वाले आने लगे, जिससे श्री ए का जीवन नरक बन गया। उन्होंने अपना ध्यान व्यवसाय से हटा लिया, जिससे नकारात्मकता भी पैदा हुई।
ज्योतिष समाधान
मैंने उन्हें घर के उत्तरी क्षेत्र में इत्र की कुछ बूँदें डालने का सुझाव दिया। यह एक ज्योतिषीय उपाय है, जिसने अच्छा काम किया और अगले एक सप्ताह तक पुलिस के हस्तक्षेप की आवृत्ति 20% तक कम हो गई।

कल श्री ए अपने परिवार के साथ मुझसे मिलने आए और उन्हें दिए गए समाधान के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया। परिणामस्वरूप श्री एन ने अब श्री ए को परेशान करना बंद कर दिया और खुद ही अपने फ्लैट का पुनर्निर्माण शुरू कर दिया। अब इस मामले में किसी भी एजेंसी का कोई हस्तक्षेप नहीं है। अब कोई अधिकारी उनके दरवाजे की घंटी नहीं बजाता। श्री ए और उनका परिवार इस मामले से खुश और पूरी तरह संतुष्ट है।

1. बेहतर सपोर्ट के लिए उत्तर-पश्चिम 320 डिग्री वॉशिंग मशीन हटाई गई।
2. उत्तर वॉशरूम 15 डिग्री उपचारित किया गया।
3. अत्यधिक भावनात्मक मानसिक समस्या से निपटने के लिए आपा ऊर्जा क्षेत्र सक्रिय किया गया।
4. 140 डिग्री दक्षिण-पूर्व ऊर्जा क्षेत्र सक्रिय किया गया।
