Sutras to select a Vastu Compliance Facing Plot

We live in and are being surrounded by various types of energy fields, which operates freely in open space. Earth is covered by sky. This situation is in complete equilibrium of ‘Prakriti’ or mother nature. When we place a structure in this establishment, the equilibrium is affected and due to this ‘dosha’ of changed energy fields occurs. This is known as the ‘Vastu Dosha’. Vastu Shastra helps in so designing the structure that it ensure a harmonious flow of energy in the building in order to restore that equilibrium. Where we live can influence our happiness, wealth, physical-mental or emotional health, prosperity, social status, relationship, etc.

Vastu Shastra is a Vedic science of building. When one applies the Vastu Shastra sutras, he understand to create buildings that favourably influence those things that brings happiness in life. The direction you face while coming out of the property is the direction of the Land or Building. The direction that then front of the property faces is very important. A plot facing North direction or East direction considered as auspicious land however plots facing other direction are also capable of giving great results. You may find that the person staying in south or west facing direction is growing and doing great in his life.

Using Vedic sutras, this can be calculated that which direction front is good for one person and might not be appropriate for the other one. The Vastu Shastra considers the astrological placement of the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu during the actual construction. Let’s understand this phenomenon with the help of a simple exercise – Mr. Ash is going to purchase a peice of land for industrial purposes. He wants to set up a new plant in order to meet the upcoming growth plan of the organisation. He is the Managing Director of the company. His son assists him in the various professional activities of same organisation. The major points Mr Ash need to consider to select a suitable plot for this upcoming new plant –

1. First check the position of planets in the horoscope of Mr Ash, as he is the MD of the company.
2. Also check the planetary position of his son horoscope as he is the successor.
3. Segregate the planets on two grounds i.e. beneficial planets and non-beneficial planets in both of the horoscope.
4. Find the benific planet/planets which is/are common in both of the horoscopes.
5. The direction related to these planet/planets is the front of the new upcoming industry of Mr Ash.
6. For example in case Mercury is the common benific planet in both horoscope, Mr Ash is advised to finalise North facing plot. The probability of receiving great results is hight, if constructing building confirming to Vastu laws on a North facing land.
